US Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipments are handled by USPS (unless otherwise requested). Shipment time once with mailing service is handled based on the level of service requested.
International Shipping
International Shipments are handled by USPS (unless otherwise requested). Shipment time once with mailing service is handled based on the level of service requested.
Returns
In-Store & Online Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy on new, unused merchandise with all original tags and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be sent back and arrive no later then 15 days after it was received at customer’s location.

We apply a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders, unless item(s) are exchanged, or store credit is applied.
Bikes, demos, specials and food cannot be returned or exchanged.
